Start-Up Basics Course at the Denver Metro SBDC Jul 10, 2013
Denver business attorney Craig Watrous will be teaching the legal portion of the Denver Metro Small Business Development Center’s “Start-Up Basics” course on Wednesday, July 10th, from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM. This program covers information related to limited liability companies, sole proprietorships, partnerships, s-corporations and c-corporations. It also covers general legal topics that all entrepreneurs and start-ups should be aware of.
