2021

  • Represented property owner in quiet title and easement dispute with a public utility involving hotly contested communications tower. Trial: 2 day remote bench trial under COVID protocols.
  • Represented Seller in connection with the 7 figure sale of a family owned Northern Colorado business.
  • Represented Seller in connection with the 7 figure sale/merger of a software start-up.
  • Plaintiff's verdict in connection with a mountain real estate lawsuit.

2020

  • Successfully represented property owner in claim to reform deed resulting from a prior real estate partition action seeking to move property line and vacate client’s access easement. Trial: 3 day hybrid/remote bench trial under COVID protocols. 
  • Represented developer in connection with the development, leasing, financing, and ultimate sale of a 25 unit, mixed use retail/commercial project in central Denver
  • Represented employee in connection with the successful settlement of a high 6 figure claim for unpaid wages and commissions
  • Assisted clients in connection with the successful sale/merger of over half a dozen businesses in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic
  • Represented tenant client in connection with the leasing and build-out of a 35,000 sq/ft office space in the Denver Tech Center
