Commercial Loans
The secured commercial loans we handle include a wide range of collateral, including real estate, ground leases, contract rights, bank and brokerage accounts, stock and business interests, certificates of deposit, contract rights, accounts receivables, inventory, equipment, third party debt, leasehold estates, franchises, stock and business interests. The loans include short- term and long-term, fixed and variable interest rates, fully amortized and balloon loans, lines of credit, construction and improvement loans, domestic and international letters of credit and lease financing. We also handle work-outs, stand-still agreements, foreclosure and loan enforcement for lenders and borrower defense.

Enforcement & Defense
