LEGAL SEMINAR PRESENTED TO THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF PURCHASING MANAGEMENT – DENVER: January 16, 2014 at 6:00 PM
Colorado business attorneys Craig Watrous and Reed Morris will be teaching a legal seminar: “Legal Insights for the Supply Professional” to the Denver National Association of Purchasing Management (“NAPM”) on Thursday, January 16th, at 6:00 PM. This seminar covers common business issues encountered by purchasing managers, procurement officers, suppliers, distributors, sellers and re-sellers, manufacturers and purchasers. Topics covered include: contract formation, boilerplate, apparent authority, purchase orders, the battle of the forms, warranties and attorney fees. The class will earn attendees 1 hour of continuing education (CEH).
