Business Lawyer Teaching Legal Basics Class at Metro Chamber SBDC Aug 05, 2013
Mallon & Lonnquist business lawyer Craig Watrous will be teaching the Legal Basics seminar at the Colorado, Denver Metro Small Business Development Center on August 7th at 5:30 PM. This is an excellent program focusing on the general legal issues encountered by entrepreneurs, start-up’s, and small and medium sized businesses. The course will cover legal issues related to such matters as business formation, business entities, commercial leases, contracts, employment law and mergers and acquisitions.
