Jim Mallon and John Lonnquist originally founded the firm in 1991 with a vision for providing trusted, effective legal counsel. In 2014, Reed Morris and Craig Watrous became named partners. Now, as we continue to evolve and look toward the future, we’ve updated our name to reflect our current leadership.

Our practice is built on long-term relationships, trust, and a commitment to practical, cost-effective solutions. Most of our business comes from referrals—something we’re proud of, and a testament to the service and care we provide.
