Mallon Lonnquist Watrous & Morris is proud to have been a presenter at this year’s Colorado Business Law Institute. MLMW mergers and acquisitions attorney, John Lonnquist, presented the following seminar with cyber security expert Mitch Tannenbaum:  “Protecting Your Buying and Selling Clients from Potential Liability by Performing Cyber Due Diligence During the M&A Process”

In their seminar, they discussed the increased importance of cyber security in corporate mergers and acquisitions, the rapid rise in cyber hacking in the corporate and legal contexts, the evolution of cyber liability insurance, and legal risks to corporate directors and officers.
